- Reserved legal activities as defined by the Legal Services Act 2007

- Court representation or appearances
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Professional Responsibility
- You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or regulated legal professional
- You retain full professional responsibility for all legal matters
- You must review all work product before submission or use
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines
3.2 Document Review Obligation
CRITICAL: You must thoroughly review all document bundles and work product before submission to any court, tribunal, or legal body. CaseAssistant provides administrative support only - final responsibility for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance rests with you.
3.3 Information Accuracy
- Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
- Ensure all source documents are authentic and properly authorized
- Notify us immediately of any errors or changes in requirements
- Maintain client confidentiality and data protection obligations
4. Service Standards and Delivery
4.1 Quality Standards
- Professional document formatting and presentation
- Accurate pagination and indexing
- Compliance with standard court bundle requirements
- Secure handling of confidential information
4.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Standard service: 48-72 hours from receipt of complete instructions
- Urgent service: 24-48 hours (subject to availability and additional charges)
- Response time: Initial response within 2 hours during business hours
- Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on complexity
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing Structure
- Pay-as-you-go pricing based on project scope
- Quotes provided within 2 hours of request
- Urgent work may incur additional charges
- All prices exclude VAT where applicable
5.2 Payment Terms
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payment charges may apply after 30 days
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
- Disputed invoices must be raised within 14 days
